Move in with an approved setup
Campers, tiny homes, cabins, shed-to-home structures, or other simple setups may be considered.
Contribute 5 hours/week
Help improve the property through practical sweat equity, maintenance, gardens, roads, or shared infrastructure.
Build over time
Improve your own home or setup while the broader retreat infrastructure grows.
Grow with the community
As utilities and amenities improve, the project becomes more usable and more valuable.
