FAQ

Buckeye Retreat

FAQ

Straight answers for people deciding whether this early-stage model is a fit.

Is Buckeye Retreat finished?

No. It is an early-stage prototype, not a finished subdivision or luxury development.

Can I move there now?

Potentially, if accepted and if your setup is approved.

Is there water and sewage?

Not yet. Electric and internet are available, but full water and sewage infrastructure are not currently installed.

What does $300/month include?

Access to a site or lot under current early-stage conditions. Exact details may depend on the site and current infrastructure.

Why is there a 5-hour weekly contribution?

Because this is a sweat-equity model. Early participants help build and improve the property.

Will rent go up?

Likely yes, as utilities, amenities, and infrastructure are added.

Can I buy my lot?

The long-term goal is to create a small-site buy-in or ownership path, possibly in the $20,000-$30,000 range. The final legal structure may not be the same as a traditional deeded lot.

Is this a normal real estate development?

No. It is closer to a hybrid between a micro resort, private campground-style site model, and intentional homestead community prototype.

Who is this not for?

People who need finished utilities, luxury amenities, a traditional subdivision, or a hands-off experience.
