Before you apply

The current planning assumption is $1,000/month plus utilities. Central water and septic are planned for the central property location by the end of 2026, subject to approvals and construction.

There is no required volunteer-hours schedule. Setup approvals, foundation standards, anchoring, utilities, and applicable building and safety requirements still apply.
